Professional Change Management Assessment

This comprehensive  assessment has been developed to evaluate candidates for the Ministry of Health's Professional Change Management (Change Champions) Program. The assessment measures both behavioral competencies essential for change leadership and technical knowledge of change management methodologies, with particular emphasis on Prosci and ADKAR frameworks aligned with international standards.
